Whelan M.A., Director of Training and Communications at IACTTS (International Anti & Counter Terrorism Training Specialists) will be a guest lecturer at Limerick Institute of Technology today from 12pm to 3pm. Noel will be discussing Threat Analysis & Risk Resolution on threats to international tourism.
